What happens at our site visit
We book a visit when you are ready to talk about a real house, not a general idea. Forty-five minutes is usually enough.
On the visit
- We walk the rooms the work will touch, and the ones people will still need to live in.
- We measure the parts that decide the plan: the rear wall, the stair, the roof, the garden.
- We ask how you use the house on a normal day.
- We say if planning permission is likely, or if permitted development might apply.
What you leave with
A plain note of what we saw, the option we think fits, and whether a written quote is the next step. If the job is not one we should take, we say that too.
